🌱Growing Information
How to Grow Deer Resistant Seed Mixture from Seed
Planting Depth: ⅛ inch (press seeds into soil, do not cover deeply)
Seed Spacing: Scatter lightly over planting area
Row Spacing: Not required for mixes
Germination Time: 7–21 days
Days to Bloom: 60–90 days (varies by species)
Sun Requirements: Full Sun
Planting Tips:
Prepare soil by removing weeds and loosening the top layer of soil. Scatter seeds evenly over bare soil and gently press them into place so they make good contact with the soil. Many flower seeds need light to germinate, so avoid covering them deeply. Keep soil lightly moist until seedlings appear. Once established, this mix produces a variety of flowers that are typically less attractive to deer while still providing color and interest in the garden.
